Cutting Edge Grading started in 2017 as a family-owned business with just a tractor and a dump truck. Owner Matthew Click founded the company on a love for heavy equipment. When we're operating dozers and excavators, it doesn't feel like work. That passion drove us to grow, and today our fleet includes excavators, dozers, graders, and a full lineup of trucks. We've expanded our capabilities, but we haven't forgotten where we started. We're still the same family business that treats every project like it's our own property on the line.
The Story Behind Our Work
From One Tractor to a Full Fleet
In 2017, we started with the basics: one tractor, one dump truck, and a determination to do quality work. Matthew Click saw an opportunity to bring precision and reliability to excavation work in Northern Arizona. Project by project, we earned the trust of general contractors across the region. That trust allowed us to reinvest in better equipment, hire skilled operators, and take on larger projects. Today, Cutting Edge Grading operates a modern fleet of heavy equipment, but we still bring the same hands-on attention to every job that we did on day one.
